SUMMARY
installed via the store kde connenct and kde indicater on mint 19.2. everything works fine except an error code which occours when i click to browse the file systeme on my phone( i allowed the filesystem sharing option and anything else. 
i get the error and order named  /home/walchi/.cache/kioexec/krun/5773_0/ already exists. i browsed it and the folder is empty but keep changing numbers. 
already had the problem with zorin os 15. everything works fine except the filesystem browse

This was fixed in 1.3.4

thx for the info . bot how can i install it ? in mint 19.2 only 1.3.3 is 
aviable. and i cound found any newer version ? sorry new to linux

You need to wait for Mint to ship the new version. I'll poke the packager about this
