SUMMARY
Pending download notification usually shows file name and where it is downloading from, but if plasmashell meanwhile crashes, this info hides.

I am guessing that this info is sent from browser to the notification once the download starts but not again when the notification is re-created.

I'm working on a JobViewV3 protocol where a server can ask the client to re-send its entire state but it's not a priority right now.

That info will appear in the properties dialog for the downloaded file.
