Transparent and Blured Breeze Window Decoration with dynamic color , and get the color from Desktop Panels color .

This isn't something we plan to do as it doesn't fit with our design vision for Breeze. There are plenty of 3rd-party themes out there that implement blurry transparent window decorations if you refer that.
