SUMMARY

In the context of the tightening of the customer authentication at their banks it is now necessary, to have a "Registrierkennung" (registration code) of the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) = the german Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. Otherwise HBCI does not function. I got the error message: 
HBCI: 9078 - Dialogue aborted - Banking-Program is not registrated
 - and the connection to the bank is closed.

Fixed in version 5.0.7 (which has no binary packages for Windows and some other OS yet.
