This isn't really a bug, but more design input.

We are interested in redesigning all our KCMs across plasma from the ground up doing things properly.

So that things don't get split, can you find the relevant thread on https://phabricator.kde.org/tag/plasma_kcm_redesign/ and add your input there.

This KCM doesn't seem to have a specific task created for it. Could you add it, so I can comment there?

So, I did create a task (https://phabricator.kde.org/T11783) but it was closed as invalid and I was sent back here. I also started to work on this here: https://phabricator.kde.org/D24277
