SUMMARY

Not able to move the devices to rearrange their order

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click and drag device up or down.
2. Unclick after moving device.

OBSERVED RESULT

Device is not rearranged.

EXPECTED RESULT

should be able to drag and move device.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.04

Works for me with Dolphin 19.08. Looks like it got fixed since 18.12, which is the version you're using.

I have version 18.12.3, the problem still exist.
