This is very likely the same issue with Kernel >= 5.0.0-26 found here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1842382 Unable to reproduce, seems to have been fixed. |
Created attachment 122745 [details] Imagen de falla e informacion del sistema (live cd) KDE neon en modo live cd (neon-user-20190919-1119.iso y la version anterior). VLC no se inicia cuando intento reproducir un archivo de audio o video (*.mp3, *.mp4, *.mkv), para mp3 y webm puedo usar firefox, ya que funciona sin problemas. En configuracion del sistema > multimedia > audio y video aparece una ventana que notifica que phonon backend de VLC falla al iniciar esto hace que no pueda usar esta distribucion (KDE Neon) como live cd o live usb para reproducir multimedia. Si se instala la distribucion en el equipo no aparece este inconveniente. Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon 5.16 KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0 Qt Version: 5.12
