Krusader at the moment doesn't have binary installers at 
https://krusader.org/get-krusader/index.html

https://binary-factory.kde.org/ offers means of building KDE software cross-platfrom, some of the advantages are:

* Windows 64 Visual C++ compiled binaries
* Windows digitally signed (authenticode) installers
* macOS installers
* Nightly builds

As it turns out Dolphin is part of https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Dolphin_Release_win64/

I would love to have Krusader available for Windows and macOS. At the moment I have to use Double Commander.

If Dolphin can work on Windows, Krusader should be able too.
