Falkon has its own means of distributing binary installers https://www.falkon.org/download/

https://binary-factory.kde.org/ offers means of building KDE software cross-platfrom, some of the advantages are:

* Windows 64 Visual C++ compiled binaries
* Windows digitally signed (authenticode) installers
* macOS installers
* Nightly builds
