trying to craft install kde/frameworks/tier1

probably a KDE problem and not a Craft problem, but I'm not sure.  Or is it me?

working now.
no idea what changed.

works if I build with the Qt5.12.5 sdk
fails if I build with the Qt5.11.3 sdk
