Test whether there is a key on the keyring before asking the user whether to use blowfish or gpg and tailor the menu to the result.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install, e.g., openSUSE LEAP 15.1
2. Boot the new system
3. log on
4. Do anything that stores a password into the wallet
