SUMMARY
When in the effects panel I click on the star with a pencil (show all custom effects) it doesn’t show custom effects but “main effects”

Thanks for your report! I think this is fixed now. Can you please test with the latest version (20.12.3 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and close this report if it is not relevant anymore (or otherwise give a short feedback)?

Checked it out. Everything is working correctly now.
