SUMMARY
After making a selection with the Outline selection tool, i can't move it : the cursor change when approaching the marching ants but when i clic to move the selection, it starts a new selection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the Outline Selection Tool
2. Make a selection
3. Move the cursor to the marching ants to have the "move" cursor
4. Try to move the selection

OBSERVED RESULT
it starts a new selection.

EXPECTED RESULT
the selection move.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem doesn't appear with the other selection tolls (Rectangular, Elliptical...)

I see this with the 4.2.6 beta-1 appimage but it doesn't happen with the latest 4.3.0-prealpha (git e6e9fea) appimage on Linux.

Can you test this with the latest Nightly Windows 4.3.0 pre-alpha?

I comfirm what Ahab Greybeard said : the selection move with the krita-nightly-x64-v4.3.0-prealpha-342-ge6e9fea57b
