SUMMARY

Spectacle is unable to send Files via Telegram Desktop Client


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot using Spectacle (I used 19.04.3)
2. Select Export>Publish>Send with Telegram

OBSERVED RESULT
Telegramm opens normally and prompts user to select a chat

EXPECTED RESULT
Telegramm opens and propts user to select receipient, as it does when you Share a file in Dolphin

I am running on Kubuntu 18.10
Sending files works for me in dolphin

Ah, this only works if Telegram is already running.

I'm pretty sure this was a bug in telegram.

It's working for me now and I don't really know what we can do besides running the process to get it to work.
