SUMMARY
The radio button has the wrong state when switching between simple and extended preferences. This only happens when extended preferences are initially switched on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press the radio button in the preferences popup 

OBSERVED RESULT
The radio button has the opposite state

EXPECTED RESULT
The radio button has the correct state.
