SUMMARY
When accessing the preferences window latte hangs and has to be killed.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE (tried to translate to english, have german localization)
1. right click on dock
2. in the popup click on "dock preferences"
3. In the top left corner of the big preferences window there is a (L)atte symbol
4. click on that symbol

OBSERVED RESULT
latte hangs

EXPECTED RESULT
latte should open another preferences window

you can blame ostree for this... search the internet for the threads, last update containing an uptodate ostree create such hangs all over  Plasma

Indeed. Removing ostree solves this. Thank you.
