SUMMARY
I can receive email but cannot send it.
This happens 

"Kontact mail reports an error when determining the D-Bus interface of mailfilteragent."

This happened on 04.09.19. I installed a system update once on 04.09 and then again on 05.09.19 In both updates akonadi was also involved. Maybe this is the reason?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. The following message appears in the taskbar shortly after system startup, of course: "Kontact mail reports an error when determining the D-Bus interface of mailfilteragent."
1. start Kontact
2. click E-Mail

OBSERVED RESULT
E-mails are not sent


EXPECTED RESULT
E-mails should be sent
