Under the Reply and Forward buttons on the toolbar there are a few ways to do it. You need to hold-click to activate one of those alternative modes. Would it be possible to change the default mode, activated by single clicking? For instance, I'd like to have the reply-to-all mode to be the default, as well as forward-inline.

No reaction since 2019.

I suggest two work arounds for easy access to "reply to all..."

1) the hotkey by default is "A". Just type a and you can reply to all.
2) you can customise the toolbar and add next/instead of "reply..." the tool button "reply to all".

I suggest to close this bug report as INTENTIONAL/WORKSFORME.
