SUMMARY
When opening an image file from my hard drive gwenview creates a dialog bx stating 'Ambiguous Shortcuts - Gwenview'

The popup box reads:
There are two actions (Cut, Delete) that want to use the same shortcut (Shift+Del). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on file to view image using Gwenview
2. popup opens 
3. click off box

OBSERVED RESULT
Gwenview opens with image

EXPECTED RESULT
click on gwenview - image opens

This was fixed years ago. I would recommend upgrading your OS and apps.
