SUMMARY
IN the recent git master - d144254. the jpg export dialog box doesn't remember last used settings like quality, subsampling etc. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krita and a new document
2. go to file > export
3. choose to save as jpg, choose relevant settings
4. initiate the dialog box again

OBSERVED RESULT
the dialog box doesn't remember last used option

EXPECTED RESULT
the last used settings should be remembered
