Recent update to the Neon User Edition contains some packages for Phonon 4.10:
* phonon-backend-gstreamer-common 4:4.10.0-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build8
* phonon4qt5-backend-gstreamer 4:4.10.0-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build8

However a required phonon-backed-gstreamer 4.10.0 is missing, the latest version is 4:4.9.1-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build7.

phonon-backed-gstreamer is the Qt 4 plugin which is no longer included in the Phonon releases. What problems does this cause?
