STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable Numlock in keyboard indicator applet settings
2. turn on Numlock of your keyboard
3. open systray settings, click "Entries" section

OBSERVED RESULT
keyboard indicator is listed without an icon.
If you turn off the Numlock, the icon of the keyboard indicator appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
keyboard indictor always shows an icon in the systray settings.

What icon/plasma theme are you using? The icon it shows is called input-num-on, it works on my computer.

Both plasma and icon themes are breeze dark.

cannot reproduce on Plasma 5.18 beta.
