SUMMARY
Several files are not visible in www.krusader.org

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://krusader.org/get-krusader/index.html
2. Click on "Release notes"

OBSERVED RESULT
See "Forbidden.
You don't have permission to access /release/2.7.2/release_notes.txt on this server."

EXPECTED RESULT
See the actual file, which can be seen using https://cgit.kde.org/websites/krusader-org.git/tree/release/2.7.2/release_notes.txt

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same happened when:
- The "Changelog" link was clicked.
- https://krusader.org/get-krusader/release-archive/index.html was visited, and similar links were clicked.

Thanks for reporting, Toni. I created a sysadmin task (https://phabricator.kde.org/T11453) since devs don't control web server settings unless it's solvable through .htaccess. Even if we can setup .htaccess, I'd like to understand the reasoning behind blocked txt files.
