This is not really a bug, rather a feature.
I have a Latte dock(at the bottom) and Latte panel(at the top) where my plasmoids are located.

Holding Meta(Super) brings up Latte dock, but I would like to assign a custom keyboard shortcut to bring up Latte panel(it has visibility set to autohide).

How can I do this?

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0
Qt Version: 5.12.2

Thanks.

Behavior page, enable, Activate based on position shortcuts
