STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have more than 1 monitor/screen. Tested on left monitor 90deg rotated, right monitor normal horizontal.
2. Enable "Remember window size"
3. Change window size 
4. Close Konsole and restart

OBSERVED RESULT
Window size is always roughly 650x510

EXPECTED RESULT
Window size should be as in #3


I get the impression this might be a KDE bug but entering it here for reference.

According to my tests (two screens with different resolutions), this bug has been fixed.
