The pkgconfig files for kdb, kreport and kproperty contain incorrect entries:

- libdir is hardcoded to /lib
- the files contain non-existent 'Requires' entries

Temporarily remove pkg-config support

At least until the situation with dependencies (KF) improves in version 6.
