SUMMARY
Checkboxes on the User Manager do not change selection status when the text next to it is clicked.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the User Manager kcm
2. Click on "Enable administrator privileges for this user" or the "Log in automatically" text

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Checkbox selection changes

Yep, the labels are not connected to the checkboxes
