Created attachment 122119 [details]
"Audio Volume Settings" section

SUMMARY
Un/marking this checkbox switches the "audio feedback" when changing volume, not a "visual feedback". The description should be updated to reflect the actual behavior.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Change volume (hear the audio feedback)
1. Open the "Audio Volume Settings" window
2. Unmark "When volume changes"
3. Change volume (no audio feedback)

Plasma Version: 5.16.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0
Qt Version: 5.13.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure what happens when plugging a sound card, no sound feedback, seem that the check box doesn't change anything un/marked.
