Git commit 68a91eb8028938e6f8fb7bf1d4e7f4a70f11a08f by Maik Qualmann. Committed on 13/08/2019 at 05:50. Pushed by mqualmann into branch 'master'. fix crash in new function when the album list is empty FIXED-IN: 6.3.0 M +2 -1 NEWS M +1 -1 core/app/main/digikamapp.cpp https://invent.kde.org/kde/digikam/commit/68a91eb8028938e6f8fb7bf1d4e7f4a70f11a08f The use of queries in the mount path is a feature programmed but not used in digiKam. If the first found path is no longer available, digiKam would try to use the next path, if an empty directory but valid directory is found here, it would reset the DB. So you have to make sure that really only one of the paths is actually available. Maik That explains why the other day digikam had to rescan the whole library when connectivity was lost. Anyway, I deleted all the mounthpaths except the one I am actively using now, and the problem persist with the same error message (if that's what you fixed in this commit then it's fine): Digikam::ActionThreadBase::setMaximumNumberOfThreads: Using 8 CPU core to run threads Digikam::AlbumFilterModel::setSearchTextSettings: new search text settings: "" : hasResult = false , validRows = 0 unknown: QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified Digikam::ItemMarkerTiler::slotSourceModelReset: ---- Digikam::ItemMarkerTiler::slotSourceModelReset: ---- unknown: ASSERT: "!isEmpty()" in file ././/include/QtCore/qlist.h, line 345 /tmp/.mount_digikat5eTpJ/AppRun línia 151: 5336 Avortat (s'ha bolcat la memòria) digikam $@ The mount paths are not the cause of this crash. I caused that. ((:-)) The status bar displays a hint now in the album mode when the view contains hidden items through a grouping that runs over different albums or through versioning. Maik Oh, ok ok. I'll wait for next build in a few days then :) I'm not sure if i will able to build a new AppImage during next week. I'm currenlty near the Mont Blanc in France and Internet connection pass through my cellular which use a small bandwidth. It's enough to respond to mail, to play with git, but not to upload large file to download space. I will back at home in 2 weeks. Gilles Caulier Don't worry, whenever it's available again. |
