It's especially noticeable when using curved window decorations STEPS TO REPRODUCE Enable blur effect in Settings/Desktop Behavior/Desktop Effects OBSERVED RESULT Blurring appears slightly appears slightly outside the borders of windows. (It seems slightly more visible on the left side.)
