SUMMARY
Selected Zone render doesn't render

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a range zone
2. click select zone in rendering panel
3. Hit render

OBSERVED RESULT

Render halts and ends without rendering
EXPECTED RESULT

Should render selected zone

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.04.3b to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/ 

If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.
