SUMMARY

On choosing "Underline files" nothing happens

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Current profile -> Mouse -> Miscellaneous
2. Check "Underline files"

EXPECTED RESULT

Text recognized as a file will be underlined when hovered by the mouse pointer and can be opened by mouse click.

Linux/KDE Plasma:
Kubuntu 19.05
Konsole Version: 19.04.3 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4

Works fine for me with that version as well as git master.

Can you attach a screenshot or a screen recording?

Well. Sometimes it works, sometimes - not. See attachment.
However, URLs works always as expected

By the way, are you planning to add the ability to open files by clicking the mouse + Ctrl like for URLs?

Also, I really like this feature to show URL hints by pressing a key. It would be nice to have the same for files.
