SUMMARY
rotating and zooming is delayed and doesn't work with the touch board



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Rotating or zooming with my MacBook Pro touch board is extremely laggy and delayed and doesn't work really well which is the reason why I cannot draw because it is loading the whole time for the canvas to move which is restricting.

EXPECTED RESULT
normal zooming and rotating with the touch board

The only solution for now is to go back to 4.2.3 that version pan/zooms/rotate correctly.
