SUMMARY
When you draw, after some times, change you made (changing Hue/sat/Va, or layer for instance) show only if you put the mouse over the image screen. 
So if you uncheck a visibility layer icon on the layer window, you will not see the change unless you put the mouse diretly on the screeN 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw for a moment (it never appears directly to me, but always after 30mn
2. openthe layer panel. Uncheck visibiluty of a layer, eep the mouse on the layer panel
3.

Sounds like 410515 -- please check the list of things I've asked that reporter to tell me, since, obviously, I cannot reproduce this issue.
