STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on your wallpaper
2. select "Configure desktop..."
3. open "Wallpaper type" dropdown
4. try to select any entry by pressing up/down arrows

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
we can select an entry from the dropdown by pressing up/down arrows

I can reproduce this bug. If I use my mouse to open the dropdown, then I cannot use up/down arrows to select an entry. I have to use the "Tab" key to select the dropdown, then press "Space" key to open it so that up/down arrows can be used to select an entry.

fixed in frameworks 5.65.
