SUMMARY
Add ability to open correct bug or issue tracker for extensions from Preferences > Extensions.

It would highlight that extensions might not be a direct part of Falkon and direct them to the right place to report bugs.

It can be done in same way as "Remove" button.
I would propose adding entry to metadata file.

There is no need for a dedicated button for third-party extensions.
These extensions can show such button in settings or some menu.
