SUMMARY

If the selection is made only with outline selection tool, can't use Stroke Selection on it. Technically I can still use the feature, but nothing appears on the canvas. You need to add other shapes to the selection(using shift) to use Stroke Selection.

Mmmh that is strange, we do not make any differentiation between selection types (I mean codewise) I tried to reproduce it but I coudln't.

I can't reproduce this either. Maybe it's a windows only issue?
