SUMMARY
When a plasma panel is hidden under wayland environment and the user tries to add a plasma widget through drag n' drop the panel is NOT SHOWN shown when user reaches the screen edge.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add an Auto-Hide Panel
2. Drag a plasmoid from Widgets Explorer at the screen edge of the hidden panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel is NOT SHOWN

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel to SHOWN

Information
The issue points to KWin edges because it appears with Latte v0.9 when Latte KWin edges are ENABLED but when they are not it DOES NOT appear.
