thanks for letting me know that there is another bug report about this 
issue. i have copied my original post to bug report 407397 so all 
information is in one place. on another note for some reason the system 
wouldnot let me sigin in under mudpie2635599@gmail, ended up creating 
anew account. it's under ss2635599@gmail.com. thanks again.
