SUMMARY
Downloaded Krita and everything is to large to navigate 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download on to my laptop (dell Inspiron 15 7000 2 in 1 )
2. open program
3. everything to big

Make sure your windows is up to date: there has been an update of windows that broke Qt's hidpi support. 

If your windows is completely up to date, go to the settings app, the display page and set scaling to 100%; then open krita, go to Krita's settings dialog and disable HiDPI support in Krita. You can then set the Windows display scaling back to whatever it was.
