Created attachment 121689 [details] Capture SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Active blur effects and transparency on KDE Plasma. 2. Select a file and drag to other windows or desktop. 3. When you drag file, you view context menu. If you move cursor by different options, this not show correctly. I attatch a capture.
