Cannot reproduce. Can you attach a screen recording? https://gfycat.com/grimyhospitableamericankestrel - clicking on Breeze theme selects Breeze theme only the blue highlight is on Breeze Light. Also this issue doesn't happen with LANG=C, which is strange. Hmm, seems related to the un-localization of the color scheme names.
