I have forgotten to clean the infos template. By the way, my infos are KDE Plasma 5.16.3 Qt 5.12.4 Fedora 30 KDE Frameworks 5.59.0 A senior Fedora KDE user told me that this happens also on SDDM, GDM instead works well. Fedora GNOME instead works well also on SDDM Downstream clone of this bugreport https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1732751 Cannot reproduce in Plasma 5.21. What distro are you using? Fedora? Can you test again with systemd startup enabled (`kwriteconfig5 --file startkderc --group General --key systemdBoot true`) or in Fedora 34, where it's enabled by default?
