There are a couple of things you can try: Check tablet driver is correctly installed, and configured properly for krita: check the quick solutions page for this https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions Another thing to try is to reset krita configuration (this is not deleted or modified between installs): https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration aside from that could you give us more ino on your tablet model/driver? Okay, I'm home now, so I could test with my own surface pro 3. I wiped it clean, installed all Windows updates and then Krita. I had to switch manually to Windows Ink in Krita's settigns, but after that, everything worked. This means that there's something wrong with your surface, either the state of its drivers, windows updates or something broke in Krita's settings. Ivan has already mentioned how to reset the configuration. |
