I reproduced the same bug on a different system: FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE-p4 Plasma Version 5.16.3 Framework version 5.59.0 QT Version: 5.12.2 Humm, i can't reproduce this behavior on my system with us and pt-br layouts. Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0 Qt Version: 5.13.0 Update to ubuntu 19.10, bug still present Plasma is now 4:5.16.5-0ubuntu1 KDE Framework version is now 5.62.0-0ubuntu1 QT Version 5.12.4-1 |
Created attachment 121628 [details] Screencast SUMMARY keyboard layout changes when clicking on the taskbar (not on the indicator) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Configure at least two keyboard layouts and set switch policy to global, enable keyboard indicator 2. Switch from 1st to 2nd and back to first by clicking on 3. Click somewhere else on the taskbar OBSERVED RESULT The keyboard layout switches from 1st to second on click. EXPECTED RESULT No changes to the keyboard layout. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 19.04 KDE Plasma Version: 4:5.16.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu19.04~ppa10 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu19.04~ppa Qt Version: 5.12.2-1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The unexpected change always happend from 1st to 2nd layout i never experienced it in the other direction. It is not always reproducable, but after switching the layout by click it happens quite often
