STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add hotkey to 'Select Opaque'
2. Hold down hotkey

OBSERVED RESULT
Select Opaque seems to be called again and again

EXPECTED RESULT
The tool should only fire once, even when held down

Hi, unfortunately that's how keys generally work: first there is a signal (event) called "KeyPressed", then there is a short gap, and then this signal is getting sent multiple times, and when you release it, then the "KeyReleased" signal is sent. Because all shortcuts in Krita are implemented the same way, on "KeyPressed" shortcut, they get to repeat themselves because they get the signal over and over if you hold it.

The best possible solution in this situation is just not holding down the key. But even if you hold it, you should get the same result.

I understand it might be inconvenient for you in some way, but could you please elaborate on *why* is it inconvenient? Fixing this issue would be a big change and can lead to other issues, so we need a really good reason for that.
