SUMMARY
Hello there its time for another confusing Bug Report!
And I'm getting this out of the way I have no idea what to list it,
Because I don't know the function type its listed under.

Anyway, I have been noticing after the few past updates that the files
in my file browser viewing my KRA files have been rather unstable
Compared to my previous run on it before, Which is somewhere in
2018, to be exact Oct. 15 of last year I had no issues then.

But after my computer went haywire on me this year, the Window's Shell Extension
Has not been cooperating with me lately, and before I forget I have restarted my
program alot of time and have done a separate download for it and after that I upgraded to 4.2.3 today of its release or in 12 minutes yesterday.

I honestly don't know what to do or if someone already report this but I am at a lost at what to do, since I'm not fluent in code I can't fix it myself...
I hope this help and I am sorry but I am still learning how to use this bug report system still, so please bare with me on my novice moments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have sent a screenshot of what I am dealing with and
it's just boggling my head at what I'm seeing and I don't know
if its my computer fault or the Window's Shell Extension has somehow became
corrupted somehow.

That is all I have for this.
And Again I apologize at not having any knowledge
For this problem.

I'm sorry, but the shell extension hasn't changed for ages... It really sounds like there's something wrong with your windows installation.

from the OP:
"But after my computer went haywire on me this year, the Window's Shell Extension has not been cooperating with me…"

This alongside us not changing the involved component at all, clearly indicates something is wrong with your system. Reinstalling Krita will not help if there is something corrupted system wise :/

Im tempted to mark this as "not a bug" but I'll wait for Original Reporter response.

This was a few months ago, so I assume it's been agreed that the device in question had an issue...
