SUMMARY
When you launch an application the little bouncing icon doesn't show.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set application start indicator to bouncing cursor in system settings.
2. Launch an application

OBSERVED RESULT
The application launch but there is no little bouncing icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
A little bouncing icon show before the application start.
