SUMMARY
"show progress and status information in tasks buttons" option, formerly located in task manager settings, do not show after Plasma 5.16? See the screenshot bellow, from an older Plasma:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open task manager settings.
2. Go to behavior.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no "show progress and status information in tasks buttons". There is no way to disable progress and status for the taskbar, hence Akregator unread item count keep showing up.

EXPECTED RESULT
"show progress and status information in tasks buttons" should appear. There should be a way to disable progress and status for the taskbar so no Akregator unread item count show up.
