SUMMARY
Every time you make a stroke transparent, the colors all randomly swap.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make colorize mask layer
2. Create lines within colorize mask layer
3. Make any stroke Transparent

OBSERVED RESULT
All lines randomly change colors.

EXPECTED RESULT
Lines should not change colors, the one stroke that you have selected as Transparent should become Transparent when updating the colorize mask layer.

Sorry I cannot reproduce this issue.

Can you post a video of what are your doing and the results you are getting?

You need to have more than 16 colors in the palette for this bug to reproduce. Duplicated here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412149
